EXPLORERS MAKING CHANGES TO IMPROVE ON SLOW START

RINCON, PR –  The New Hampshire Wild have defeated the Aguada Explorers for the 4th consecutive game to start of the 2018 regular season.

An explosive 14-4 score in which  the team exploded for 15 hits to the Explorers 6 hits.

Explorers starter Paul Geha was tagged with his first loss of the season  going 4 innings while Cristian Telemaco earned his first win of the season for the New Hampshire Wild going 7 innings  allowing just 2 runs and striking out 3.

Anthony Shkrelja led the way offensively with 3 hits and 2 RBI’s. Augustus Constantino , Cody Den Beste,  Sean Washington, Justin Casinelli and Josh Lavender all had a pair of hits for the Wild. Parker Franklin  led the way for the Explorers with 2 hits of his own driving in  an RBI.

The Explorers will have a to make some adjustments really soon if they’re going to be contending in 2018. Meanwhile the New Hampshire Wild will continue to keep their undefeated season alive.

The Explorers will have one more shot at the Wild tomorrow at 1:15pm in Rincon before headed to play the  New York Bucks and the New Hampshire Wild will head to play the Puerto Rico Islanders.
